Wow, it's been quite a while, hasn't it? What, 1 1/2 yrs? It certainly felt that way to me. Alright, enough sarcasm. We already have enough of those to last us 'till who-knows-when.
*Clears throat*

Anyway, it's currently 3:56 a.m. and I'm still awake at some ungodly hour even when I still have P.E. practice tomorrow at around 1-4 p.m. Meh, s'okay though. I really wanted to post something special here (a song actually) for my very special friend Joana. I don't know what came over me (fatigue perhaps?) but I decided to head on over to her blog when I saw her link in my blogroll. Then I saw a particular post of hers talking about her thoughts on her summer experience (which is almost the same as mine, might I add).

I really know how she feels back then, so I decided to do something - even as to lift her spirits somehow.

But before we move on to that special "Cheer up" gift, there's still this insistent thought that just wouldn't leave my mind until I acknowledge it.

Before I got home (my real home!) today, we first went to a sport clubhouse called "Celebrity Sports Club" at Diliman, Quezon City. We were going swimming, just to celebrate the end of our Preliminary Exams. And after preparing our things by the pool side and all that jazz, the girls were in the pool and I opted to stay behind for a while. I still had to finish my sister's homework: she asked me to do it for her and SHE IS MY SISTER, so you get the picture.
So anyway, while I was typing away, there was this random (HOT!) guy who was at the table in front of me. Then his following actions made me cringe like I was suddenly struck by lightning:

He fixed his things on his table (Nothing surprising there yet).
He turned my way, and kind of checked me out (Still nothing - I think?)
He then TOOK HIS SHIRT OFF still facing me (Surprised yet?)
Walked of to take a quicks shower by the shower stall (Which was right beside my table!)
Then went off to the pool whilst glancing at me as he passed by

Really random, I tell you. To make things worse, two other equally random (and equally HOT!) guys more or less pulled the same stunt. Except with their own added touches, there was other guy who was buying Fruit Shake at the stall near the table we were staying at near the lobby. Even from behind the fruit baskets display, I can feel his penetrating stare sizzle at me for some unknown reason. And then another guy was prancing around circling our table whilst calling out to his friends - SHIRTLESS!

With those reactions, you'd think I look like some hideous creature with features just begging to be incredulously stared at. Geez, all I did was wear a red, stringy 2-piece bikini that wasn't even mine to begin with (I borrowed from my roommate as a last resort). I even wore a towel around as a pathetic attempt to cover myself (which the bikini wasn't intent on doing so).
I shall never look at 2-piece bikinis the same way ever again.

Well, at this point my on-screen clock says it's 4:33 a.m. I'd best get some sleep so as not to look like a frickin' zombie walking around in the wake of daylight.

Finally, here's that surprise I was talking about. To Joana, here's two video-songs of Yiruma (Google him up, he's just phenomenal!) playing two of my favorites which I think would cheer you up. I was actually going to post the lyrics to the first one, but no such luck. Anyway, just enjoy listening to his piano-playing magic. Always remember that God made everything possible through Jesus, and he makes everything possible for you :>
