I've just finished reading "MeruPuri - The Marchen Prince". and I now realize how much time I've wasted, in NOT KNOWING that such a manga existed! Lucky, I came across it while searching for website layouts across the net, got curious when the layout artist mentioned the title, and googled it. And poof! It instantly won me over. So now I'll be putting up a whole blockquote just to encase what my currently-doing-the-fangirl-happy-dance mind is thinking about it.

IT WAS SO FREAKIN' ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
My reaction might be (IS!) a little over-rated & over the top, but it is! I guess I'm just a big sucker for all romantic (and somehow not cheesy) things. As somehow expected from the mangaka of Vampire Knight, Hino Matsuri, her style and unique plot-creating know-how would give birth to a masterpiece that's sure to run your roller coaster of emotions.

On Wednesday, I'll be posting the continuation of this entry seeing as classes will be cancelled on said day. I'd like to minimize my feelings of giddy, fangirly happiness to commemorate and mourn for the recently passed away public figure Corazon Aquino.

Also, I'm not going to put a summary of the story here. It'd be REALLY better if you'd read it for yourself. Just try to Google it, or since I'm really encouraging you to read it, just click here.

But if you're not one for the stereo-type, fairytale like romance-comedy stories - don't bother. As I thought about it after I finished reading the whole series, it just goes to show that one is never too young, too old (or in my case, too gullible) to believe in fairy tales of love :D
